DETERMINE THE CURRENT STATE OF YOUR QUALITY SYSTEMYou can measure the current state of your quality system by scheduling a Gap Analysis Audit.
Plan enough time to go through each area of the company and compare what is being done to the requirements of the standard.
Typical Gap Analysis Audits can take anywhere from 2 to 4 days, and be done by an individual auditor or a team of auditors. Let employees know what you are doing and why, so they are informed participants during the audit.
