2) 常練習 iPAD 基本操作 :

• 主控鍵 /  開&關-機 /   音量控制 / APPS 之應用
• 文字輸入實習 – 中/英/數字 / 手寫 ( 應用notepad APP 練習)
• WiFi 介紹 & 設定

 

3) 上網注意事項 / 守則 :

a) 防衛 Virus (電腦病毒) 的攻擊 : e.g. 查防電腦病毒軟件 (e.g. 360 殺毒)

b) 保護個人私穩  : http://hk.safely.yahoo.com/parents/privacy/

c) 小心沉迷 !!!!

 

4) 聰明應用 網上工具 :

a) 以中文瀏覽 : 使用「Google 瀏覽器」瀏覽, 使用翻譯列

啟用或停用翻譯列

以下說明適用於 Windows、Mac、Linux 和 Chrome 作業系統等作業系統上的 Google Chrome。

1. 按一下瀏覽器工具列上的扳手圖示 。
2. 選取 [選項] (Mac 和 Linux 上為 [偏好設定]；Chrome OS 上為 [設定])。
3. 按一下 [進階選項] 標籤。
4. 勾選或取消勾選 [翻譯我正在閱讀的網頁] 核取方塊，即可調整這項功能。

b) 善用搜尋器 :  搜尋你要查詢的資訊 / 興趣

e.g. Google (谷歌) ,   Yahoo (雅虎) 

c) 百科全書 :維基網站   ->  輸入 “ 你要查的字語”

d) 善用 “ 影像 VIDEO 檔 “學習錦囊

   -      使用Google 谷歌搜尋影像 VIDEO 檔 

    -     使用 Youtube :  什麼是YouTube？

    -      土豆网 : http://www.tudou.com/  (給中文使用者)

What are the focus after you get ISO9001 Certification

 

Once you've reached your ISO 9001 Certification you should feel a sense of relief that you accomplished something great. It is quite a project to undertake and complete.

So now what? Here are some items you should now be focusing on:
Celebrate and Promote your Certification
Once you've successfully registered your organization to ISO 9001-2008, you will want to promote this to your customers, vendors, and employees.

Use of ISO LOGO
ISO has guidelines on what you can/cannot do, using the ISO logo, etc.:
Don’t use ISO’s logo or say you are "ISO Certified" - ISO didn't certify you, your Registrar did.
Your Registrar (CB or Certification Body) can provide you with a logo. This logo will typically show the certification date, standard, and length
Use the full designation "ISO 9001:2008" not just “ISO 9001”.
Don’t display ISO certification marks of conformity on products, product labels, or product packaging, or in any way that may be interpreted as denoting product conformity.
Clearly define scope (the extent) of your organization’s certification, for the locations, departments, and business units.

How to keep improving ?

Once you are certified, you will need to keep improving the QMS. A good place to start is the new ISO 9004:2009 .Buy a copy and read it to improve your QMS. guide which now includes info on managing for the sustained success of an organization. The standard has had substantial changes made to its structure and contents. 

Continuing Education
Here are some helpful tools to keep the rest of your organization sharp:

• ISO 9001 Auditor Training Materials for a top-notch audit team.
• Root Cause Analysis Training to solve your process errors
• Educate all incoming (and existing) employees on ISO 9001

QMS Efficiency
Once you understand how to operate your QMS, let a Document Control System (DCS) do the paperwork! Use a Document Control System to manage your QMS to save money!

Quality must keep improving long after the certification!
